#ShipLog entry no. 7

Departure for RoboBoat is just a few days away! However, this does not stop us from planning further activities within our project 🗓
We have submitted the works of our team members to the ICAVAD conference, which will take place in September in Amsterdam 🇳🇱. It is an annual international conference on autonomous vehicles. We are very pleased to announce that all our abstracts have been accepted ✅
Here are the full titles of the papers. They will be presented in a "poster" format:
1️⃣ "Development of a modular USV for autonomous navigation and execution of tasks in a port environment"
2️⃣ “Development and Test of an Open Source PX4 Controller for omnidirectional Unmanned Surface Vehicle”
3️⃣ “Simulation-based USV design using PX4 and ROS with Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling”
We are currently waiting for a decision regarding the funding of the trip.
